Harry Smith's Maine High School Wrestling Top 25

I use the State Meet as the basis for my Top 25.  Almost all teams participate and all the kids are giving 100%, whether they're healthy or not.  With three different meets, a strength factor has to be determined for Class strength.  I first sort the scores and then assign a factor to A, B, and C to bring the results more in line with reality. I play with these factors until I get results more in line with tournament results throughout the year.  Yeah, I know, this team would have been ahead of this team, if someone wasn't injured, or if someone had made weight, etc.  Can't factor all that ... just using the numb3rs.  It's not a perfect system.  You can't have a perfect system without ALL teams wrestling in the same tournament, with all their varsity wrestlers.
